"The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. "The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "

"This "hotel" is completely unacceptable, first and foremost because there was no smoke alarm in the room, only the base attached to the wall where the smoke alarm had been. There were some workmen on the property, I spoke to them then waited 2.5 hours, no smoke alarm. There was also a used razor blade on the shower floor and hair all over the place, but that was not a hazard to life like the lack of a smoke alarm in an old wooden hotel undergoing renovation. "The staff was top notch. The location was amazing. Our room was clean and kept clean each day. One thing that stood out was how quiet the room was. No hallway noise typical with hotel rooms and no ocean noise through the night."

Good days or bad days, guest room should be used as furniture storage. Guests are there for vacation. However, they did work along with Expedia for a full refund. "
