"I didn’t use any of the amenities apart from the function rooms which were quite nice but the rooms were quite shabby and quite dirty…dusty with marks on paintwork and hairs left in the sink and shower…unpleasant. I would not stay again or recommend."

"This pub is a really well looked after and the rooms are super comfortable... lovely bed, large rooms... The breakfast is top quality and a great comfortable experience... The only things to note are, it is not as close to Henley as I thought, it was about 4-5 miles away and there is NO mobile reception in the pub or the rooms... if you need to make or receive any calls, you have to walk around the car park or the village for a reception...! Apart from that, I would definately go back and stay,...

"We have stayed at Cantley several times over the years and have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the cleaning standards need to be improved greatly, although our room was neat and tidy there were cobwebs and layer's of dust everywhere that clearly had not been cleaned for some considerable time. The accommodation may be old but there is no excuse for cleaning duties to be ignored, especially when you have paying guest's to be considered, so from that point alone...

"The setting for this hotel is exceptional- directly overlooking the Thames and open countryside. The hotel is conveniently situated, only a ten minute walk from the station and five minutes walk from the High Street. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, wonderful pool and good breakfast. Would highly recommend."

"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd. Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"

"We had the best time at Pishill Farm Barn.Everything was perfect from our warm welcome from Sarah to saying goodbye after 3 wonderful days to remember.It’s such a beautiful barn conversion with everything you could possibly need.The swimming pool is an excellent bonus!
