"This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. "Perfect location for visiting Bath and surrounding area. Could not fault staff who were friendly and polite from the moment we arrived. Parking was busy at night so arrive early to avoid looking for another car park. Cost of parking was 17 pound for 24 hours. Rooms clean and in good order, breakfast was good and fresh. Will use again and more than happy with this Holiday Inn."

"The hotel was very clean and in good condition given the recent refurbishment. Staff were very attentive. We didn’t have a dinner booking at the hotel restaurant but they managed to find us a space. The restaurant food and drinks were excellent Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
