"The suite room air conditioning is poorly maintained and exudes a musky and mouldy smell that permeates the entire room consistently. The bath towel had a smell that comes from poorly washed and dried clothes and stinks of remnants of trapped bacteria. This is not what we expect from Hilton and definitely not what is expected from a room that you pay nearly $1000 ringgit per night."

"Everything about the hotel was dirty. The carpeting, the rooms, the cafe where breakfast were served. The bathroom at least was clean but the showerhead was mouldy. Staff looked like they were just hanging around and not really bothered if you cared or not. None of the rooms, we booked 2, looked like what was advertised. We were really disappointed with this stay. Couldn't wait to check out."

"Looks nothing like on the pictures! We only stayed 1 night and moved to the Anantara!
The resort is old and the rooms and common areas a bit dirty! Sheets were clean but the room was not.
No bars are open and they do not serve beer or similar beverages at the restaurant. The pool is old but was fine to swim, the beach is nice and breakfast was fine.
Staff was OK to help but also not incredibly helpful (considering I was with two young kids).
You can ride horses and enjoy the view! No...

"Compared to Le Meridien, it was a strange experience. The front desk staff seemed kind of rigid and not as warm as Le Meridien.
Breakfast spread was decent but again not Le Meridien level. But still decent. One thing that absolutely shocked me was their refusal to give us multiple towels.
I traveled with my wife and child, and my wife (like most females) need two towels. I needed one and one for our baby. They said the max they can provide were two towels. Even after explaining that we're...
