"The staff were delightful. However if you react to mosquitos then definitely stay away from this hotel. From the moment I arrived I was being bitten. The hotel is totally open there is no escape. I was eaten alive in the gym to such an extent I had an allergic reaction and needed steroids.
The room was average, I was disappointed. I spoke to reception regarding the possibility to upgrade but the hotel was full.
In the room I had there was no mosquito net and the sliding door would not close...

"We had the beach front villa No. 8, which was huge & well appointed and private. Comfy bed & pillows, decent kitchen area. The sofa could have been more comfortable and a bit larger. Buffet breakfast was nice, happy hour was relaxing, front desk staff were helpful, & other staff were so gentle and kind. Wifi a bit hit & miss, but that’s ok. I liked that the resort is on a large block of land away from the street, so very quiet. Many other resorts are close to the road, especially around the Muri...

"The location is perfect if you want to save the money for the taxi(20-30NZD)and rent a motobike. But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. As there are outside people come to the bar<because the alcohol is cheap>, I don't think it's save and nice for the guests.... Trasfer to and from the airport is complementary,...
