"Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option."

Excellent location Shared terrace with brilliant views, and the opportunity to meet up with the other guests for drinks.(bring your own) Bar and cafe not open which was unexpected."

"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

"A nice historic house located in a banana farm in NW Tenerife. Nice and quiet, very comfy. Awesome breakfast and great service. You will need a car to get here and travel around the area. You can go easily to local villages, the beach, Garachico, Teno hike, etc. Would recommend this to friends. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Isla Baja Suites. Laura, the owner, was incredibly warm and helpful, and the service throughout was excellent. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Garachico, with lovely cafés, scenic walks, and the amazing "El Caletón" steps away. A fantastic place for families and love birds. Highly recommended."

"Kitchen had all the the things needed to prepare food and there were even some basics like salt, olive oil and coffee/tea. There was a supermarket about a 15 minute walk away and another a 10 minute car journey away."

"Ich kaM NICHT IN DAS HAUS. Ich bekam keinen Kontakt zu jemandem, nichts wo der Schlüssel hinterlegt war, keine Telefonnummer zum Anrufen. Stattdessen musste ich mit meinem Mann ins Hotel gehen, hohe Kosten sind mir entstanden. Man ereicht ja niemanden, allles no reply emails. Ich will mein Geld zurück. Sobald ich wieder zuhause bin, werde ich einen Anwalt einschalten "
