"Family friendly and clean room"

"Needs a bit more thorough cleaning and updating here and there but very much enjoyed the spa. The spa cafe was amazing quality food and the buffet breakfast was really good. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Beds very comfy great sleep."

"Very nice family room that was very clean. Only downside was toilet appeared to be leaking. Beds were very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast."

"Great stay, kids pool was good quite quiet in the morning which was nice for the baby! All clean and great service."

"Nice hotel, ideally situated for Alton towers. Good breakfast and very helpful reception staff"

"The most important asset to this hotel is its staff. Every single one we met was friendly and more than helpful - especially the gentleman on the reception desk upon arrival and the gentleman manning the restaurant at breakfast. Spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Parking right outside the hotel and within walking distance to the theatre and the shops/restaurants. Stayed here after a day in Alton towers and would not hesitate to return."

"Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it."

"(October 2026, on a Monday) At the time best price in 100(!) miles radius. En-suite enclosed parking included heating on as centre location lot of good amenities around....all surprise Not for wheelchair user."

"Lovely stay. Helpful and polite staff. Good food excellent choice. Breakfast amazing. They even give you a packed lunch everyday. Room cosy and clean..will return."

"Much prefer a place with character. Not a photocopied box! Loved the staff."

"Will not be returning, staff not helpful at all, dog friendly but couldn’t even let the dog have a sausage at breakfast as they had ran out, they had also ran out of biscuits for the room, garden peas and orange juice. Not a cheap nights stay so these things should not be running out!! Best staff were the morning we were leaving, had they had been on all weekend it would have made it a more pleasant stay"
