"Nice room, every helpful members of staff, especially Zaffar and Joy"

"Great Hotel"

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"

"Parking was easy to find. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.."

"I booked the room for a guest we had visiting the U.K.. I rang the hotel and left my card to pay for the early check in etc and sent an additional email confirming I was paying for additional charges and still my guest was charged. I won’t use this hotel again for visiting guests."

"Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable."

"Excellent location and newly renovated suites are fantastic."

"Very friendly and professional check-in. Stayed in room 306. Decor was tired and scruffy. Dangerous light socket by the bed. Window was filthy and all the paint work around it was a mess. Breakfast options were OK. Overall disappointed by the quality of the room and wouldn’t recommend."

"Great location but the hotel is so run down. Other hotel guests were screaming and shouting until 3am. The number for reception didn’t work. The windows didn’t fit properly so the wind was howling all night long. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Literally the worst hotel experience ever."

"SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was...

"Beautiful property, wonderful staff and food, lots of goodies included in your stay even with the lowest room fare."

"Staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, spa was nice Only negative, the corridor to our room had plates left outside the room for a while and created a smell at times Other than that, I'd recommend it"
