"Buyer beware - when you book an ocean view room they will not have it available (very few even available as they are on the upper floor(s) and only on a single side of the hotel - they offered to pay for our parking charges but we wouldn’t have booked this hotel if they were honest in the listing. When I sent them a message I did not get a response... also there was a musty odor in the room which made it hard to sleep - Very unhappy with the experience."

"We stayed 4 nights and loved our remodeled 2 bedroom unit (looks better than some pictures we have seen so I think it was remodeled ). The kitchen was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee was provided. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was outside and you don’t need to pay extra like some hotels. The two pools/ hot tubs were really nice. The only problem we encountered was the flies at the pool-they were constantly on our bodies! It would have been nice...

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"I booked the Sea village because it was in a great location on ALII Dr. in Kona. We had a one bedroom, w/kitchen, living room, small dinette area and a beautiful lanai that looked out towards the ocean. The condo was ultra clean, and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal. A washer and dryer inside the kitchen.
