"Worst sleep I’ve had in a long time. Check-in was confusing due to having to go to an entirely different hotel. The Swiss Chalet is over 300 years old and it shows - the walls are paper thin, the floors are loud and the beds are twin sleigh beds too small for a six-foot-tall man. The last night we were there was one of the worst sleeps I have had in a long time due to the noise from the room upstairs. "Diese Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt!Es hat alles was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.Herzlichen Dank, dass wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung nutzen durften."

The attic / TV room was unusable secondary to the extreme heat. It was difficult, if not impossible to sleep. Thankfully our musclar son could bring the luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Parking accommodations were acceptable. Transportation to Lucerne and other destinations was easy with good bus and train service. Beautiful views...

"The home was wonderful. We loved being right on the lake and the ability to swim right from the property. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There was some confusion about towels. They actually don’t supply them. We were able to use some hand towels that were in the closet. It worked but not ideal. Also a microwave would have been nice.Mostly though we enjoyed our stay and the view was wonderful."

"Just great 👍"

"Location amazing. Price reasonable for lucerne if staying for 4 days since the fourth day was free. Housekeeping team absolutely amazing. Reception team were mostly great and helpful except for the gentleman who checked us in. Maybe he was tired. He also did not provide our lucer e city pass at check in and i had to ask for it from another receptionist. Not sure, but everyone else in the reception team were very helpful. They even provided us an alternative parking spots with reasonable price....
