"The hotel is situated in the central part of the city and is close to popular sites. This is a historic hotel which does not allow to enjoy modern amenities. The lobby is nice but the elevators are not clean and appear to be old and ’tired’. The same applies to the guest rooms which are small. The closet is virtually nonexistent. The bathroom is also small, with hardly any space to hang towels and place toiletry kit. There is no full service restaurant on site. Given the relatively high price...

There was no place to hang out, and apparently some of the construction workers knocked out the Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi the entire time I was there and I had a lot of work to do I was quite disappointed in everything and we got a brand new room, but the layout was poor. "Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks "

"Last minute booking but close to our destination. Little hidden away hotel reasonably priced. Standard complimentary breakfast fare. Adequate heat on a chilly Rhode Island night. Night manager was just as friendly in the morning as when we checked in. A very good experience. In the morning we ventured out and discovered we were close to everything, happy bonus…"
