There was no cutting board/colander/working can opener/paring knife/burnt out bulb in range hood.There were no hooks in bathroom/nothing in shower area to hold soap, shampoo, etc. and there was mould on the bottom of the shower curtain.We had to do laundry at a laundromat, as the washing machine only ran scalding hot water into it (there was no cold water line running in to the machine).There was no binder with household information re wifi/tv/garbage,...

"Great location on the grounds of Oak Island Resort made day tripping very easy. Condo was lovely, right on the ocean, however the couch in the living room is incredibly hard to get out of. Small high table in one corner to sit & eat at - very uncomfortable. A lot of stairs everywhere, not handicapped friendly. Parking right outside condo, easy to access with contactless entry & good communication with host! Overall lovely spot!"
