"The house is an older seaside home. That being said although you can see many improvements there were a few very minor and manageable things like some windows did not have screens and at present no air conditioning. However owner did say it was coming soon. Inside of house was nice but cobwebs and some spiders and floors were not clean or maybe just tacky from humidity as no air. Grass could have been cut and weeds cut. Lots of mosquitoes but that is nature- bug spray helped with that...

"Right on the water, multiple decks to enjoy the view and sit or lay back. Comfortable cottage, felt homey and had everything you would need. Full working kitchen with dishes, medium sized fridge, great updated shower- so nice! Comfortable bed and slept like a baby! Quiet and tranquil!"
