"The place is way beyond our expectations. It truly has notable character and somewhere I would prefer to “gate-keep” from others by not leaving a review to tell others about how much we enjoyed it. However, I had to leave a review because Susana and the staff at this property were above and beyond. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, plus it is very original and has great uniqueness. The area is peaceful and quiet, and promotes a great experience just outside of Santiago. "Excelente hotel donde los servicios y su ubicación lo hacen único en Santiago de Compostela"

"Hotel fuera del bullicio con buen estacionamiento, con vista y muy cómodo."

"The room smelled like sewage possibly because it was in the basement, but other than this the room was immaculate and the shower was lovely. I wish the towel warmer worked. The staff were excellent, especilly Maria. She was very knowledgeable about Spain and Portugal since she used to be a flight attendant. We talked to her for a while."

"My husband and I spent one night there and really enjoyed this hotel. It’s very close to everything. We drove there and parking was easy as well. We found parking close by and if you are from the states, we found one very easy to get to and not undercount. I do recommend to drop off luggage in front of hotel before parking."

"El personal es muy atento, el hotel es espectacular y los desayunos deliciosos"

"I loved my stay here. Clean, beautiful decor, extremely helpful staff and a café with fantastic light fare and spirits. My room was spacious and comfortable. After walking the camino I needed some rest. There was a big tub so I could soak. Chairs to find a corner and read. Peaceful."

"Excelente loft en Santiago, cerca del centro, muy fácil de llegar en carro, o caminando."

"El hotel muy lindo pero nada insonorizadas las habitaciones todo se escucha, dormir costo ya que el ruido de la habitacion de arriba era fuerte, todo se escucha."

"Overall experience is ok"

"I have always given great reviews for travel stays if well deserved, but in this case I have to say…. In retrospect it was a very beautiful hotel but a disappointing experience because the staff did not address my concerns in a timely manner & questioned the facts about my complaint. I was getting bitten by bugs in the room we stayed in over the course of the three days of stay & they determined that they were not to be considered at fault. So I can not in good conscience give this hotel a...

"I found this to be the best of the 3 Eurostars Hotels I stayed at during this visit to Spain ... reception staff Iago and his colleague were polite, professional and friendly ... my room was large, well appointed and comfortable and although old in style, it was very attractive, having been beautifully maintained and it was immaculately clean ... nice touches of sparkling wine in room upon arrival and chocolates on the pillow ... breakast choice was varied and of nice quality ... I would stay...

"After hiking 500 miles across Spain, we thought to splurge on our last 2 nights. The room was extremely small and overpriced. We stayed in private rooms in albergues that were larger. We felt it was overpriced regardless of its location. Very disappointing."

"A nice boutique style hotel with funky touches and excellent shower. Very comfortable bed Also very close to Santiago cathedral and right in the old town Limited facilities in the hotel as long as you are ok with that"
