"Loved having the buffet breakfast, very good. Outdoor fireplaces, nice place to relax after the day. Our door had a gap so did hear a lot of noise at times. Had trouble with key working but was fixed pretty quickly by staff changing the mechanism or battery."

"Very nice hotel! Right in Union Square. Beds were very hard and pillows kind of sucked. But overall the rooms were nice and very clean.
