"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."

"The parking is horrible unless your driving a fiat my truck didn’t fit in the provided parking so I had to park on the street and my side mirror was taken out by a passing car. The rooms are small. The tv doesn’t pick up any channels and the internet wouldn’t connect. The kitchen and fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned previously. Don’t recommend it "

"I love the place! The staff were really friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and modern, and it was pretty quiet! My only problem was parking but it is SF and we knew it was going to be difficult. However, they did have a parking garage not too far and were cheap. Plenty of food and drinks near by as well! Definitely would come back and recommend coming here! "

"It was definitely a unique stay, the place was lovely and clean however the bathroom situation was a shock. there is no door?! this was the only issue with the place, as there was no privacy. I was with my friend so one of us had to go upstairs and wait while we used the shower or bathroom. even a curtain would provide more privacy. all and all the room was great, bed was comfy and liked everything but the bathroom. that was honestly crazy and there is no photos of it online. you literally walk...

"Nice and close to Fisherman's wharf. We arrived early, could not check in until 3:00 but they were able to hold our luggage. We parked right next door in an underground lot and it was $15 per day. Didn't make sense to pay $75 for the valet parking. There was only 1 valet and he was busy so It would have taken a while for him to get our car. However the wharf is only a couple blocks away so super convenient. "

"Very lovely lobby and clean. My room was small, a very tight fit. Shower is super tiny. There's no ice machine and no items for clothing care like a steamer or iron. It would've been helpful to have those things, but I'm glad the property was very clean and everything worked well."

"The rooms on the street were noisy but tolerable. The (grab and go) breakfast was strange, the hotel had a strong perfume smell, hotel was musty, our Deluxe King Room was much smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The valet service was awesome. The free drinks were a can of sparkling water. I’d give it a 7 rating. . "

"In town for work overnight. The manager was very helpful and service oriented......The Room was so peaceful working at the desk in my room hearing the birds. Great food in the Bar/restaurant or sent to should to try the food its great . I will defenitley stay there again should the need arise "
