"Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals"

"Clean simple room, the reception is nice and the cafe but don’t expect that style to carry through to the rooms. The rooms are quite run down and simple, and many of them are close to the elevators which make noise. I’d score the property higher if the prices were lower but I don’t find it much better than some of the cheaper hotels in FIDI so don’t be fooled by the nice pictures of the lobby."

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"There were several problems with my room (unfunctioning lamps, no glass/cup in the bathroom, inadequate outlets for charging, but especially VERY lumpy pillows). But the staff was very responsive to fixing (most of) them. These problems shouldn't have existed, but because of the excellent staff, I'm reluctant to rate the hotel lower. I'm sure my experience was unusual, and under better circumstances, I would stay there again."
