Pool was closed, sheets were dirty and looked like someone had urinated on it, gross bathroom and overall the room wasn’t clean and we felt so gross. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but trust me, never ever ever ever again. Listen to the reviews and don’t waste your money!"

"The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel! The room has a slight smell so I had to by air freshener also. But I mange for my 4 day stay! It was an experience though! Found hair on the tub. The staff was...

"There was a little bit of a smell in the carpets and it looked like some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, location was great, breakfast was great, employees friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast area did a wonderful job."

"Requested maid service, the maid came two days after we arrived and only cleaned the bathrooms but didn’t stock the bathrooms or make the bed. The next day she only made the bed but didn’t clean the bathrooms. Had to go to the front desk to get soap and toilet paper. Breakfast food is very average the help in dining area was very friendly and helpful. "

"Breakfast was good. The staff was very good. Nadia was excellent. Did come back one evening at 6:30pm and the air conditioner covers were all in the hallway being serviced. We finally got back in our room at 7. Not sure how that schedule was decided."

"The pool was green and closed for repair. The room was clean but appeared old and not up to date with the photos seen online. The night shade was stuck in one position allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room. The shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are in canisters on the shower wall accessed by a pump which did not work on the conditioner. Four coffees were available but just 2 sugars and 2 creamers ( and you know how small those are). A free breakfast which...

"DO not stay here---I love Hampton Inn--my go to Hotel--- I am not afraid of germs-- This Hampton Inn smelled--they allow pets, it was dirty, floors not vacuumed-shower had hair, strangely---the drapes did not cover the window but the wall--- I will not stay there again."

"Positive: Sufficient parking, friendly staff. Negative: - Mattress was not comfortable - No coffee machine in the room. They quickly provided one when we asked, but it was broken - A glance at the cooking range, and we decided not to try that I have stayed in ESA in the past for really extended stays and loved those, so this time we booked it the moment we saw one in the area. This may be the last time stayed there :-("
