"Great place! Only minor discrepancies/discomfort was the rooms have older HVAC systems so even though it was a little cooler at night. The room felt humid even though we left the thermostat at 66-68 degrees."

Many guests hanging out around the property. Loud music in the room next door. Some good: front desk staff friendly, a/c worked well, my car wasn’t broken into."

"Pros: Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and polite, amd parking was free and convenient. The indoor pool was small but had towels readily available. We were also happy with the location as it worked well for our visit to Carowinds and the greater Charlotte area. Finally, the room layout provided helpful separation between the living and sleeping areas for our family. Considerations: Holiday decorations were still up in June. "On the positive side: The staff was friendly, but not incredibly knowledgeable or motivated, it seemed. The exercise room was small, but ok. The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was excellent! The eggs were even real eggs, not powdered.
