"The room was clean but outside everything is under construction and messy. We couldn't spleep because of noises coming from the room next to ours. The price is too high having in consideration that they are under construction. I am not giving a worse review because the staff was really nice."

"I understand it’s a cost, but I feel when having an indoor pool option, it would be nice to make sure it’s heated. It’s not really a useful amenity when the water is freezing. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed so water got everywhere. I cleaned it up but something to keep an eye out for when you stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was really nice!"

"Awful room. The water would not shut off in the tub. It was running when we got there and it never stopped. TV is a joke... no list of channels near the tv... had to flip to 3 different channels to wait and see what was on. Remote didn't work well. Cannot imagine a worse TV setup in a hotel. Room smelled musty and dirty. The pool looked cloudy and we never saw a single person use it while we were there... probably because it looked so bad. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen at a...

"I stayed in one of the log cabin hotel rooms. The room was spacious, and the fireplace was cute with plenty of firewood available.
However, there were multiple stink bugs that had invaded the room. Also, the glass patio door had smudges, dog nose, prints, or sticky toddler hand prints all over it. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked. The stairs up to the second floor are slanted and a little treacherous."

"The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time."

"3/5 Stars – Great staff and clean hotel, but poor room electronics and sleep environment
Overall, the hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, and the staff was genuinely fantastic. However, my specific room had several frustrating issues that made the stay underwhelming.
The bed was fairly average/mid-tier in terms of comfort, but the biggest issue was the room electronics. The TV's internet connection didn’t work, so I couldn't stream what I wanted. The TV also runs proprietary...
