"Room and staff were great. Building and parking are a bit confusing so be prepared. You need your room key to get in and out of the gated lot. Not an issue until you turn in your key and need to leave. Then it gets tricky. Nice food in the hotel!"

Moxy Charlotte Downtown
"Overall good stay, was a little strange to go to the 13th floor (yes also strange they had a 13th floor) to check in. Room very nice modern. Got two free drink tickets. Elevators a little slow, but nice that only can get to your floor with a key card. Parking was not in a garage attached rather all ..."

"the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, ..."
