Before I start this review I would like to give a very special shout out to Eddie the staff member at this location. If it wasn't for him my score would have been lower. He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. Thank you Eddie. The 6th floor has a smell of mildew. They have humidifiers in the hallway that's how bad it is. The bathroom tub is clogged. It would fill with water while I showered which is nasty. They ran out of towels the second day so I had to dry off with wash clothes. The breakfast area was clean and neat. The waffles were good but the eggs were not eatable due to them being watery. I wasn't mad at the selection of breakfast options they had. I asked for batteries for my breathing machine and the first gentleman was trying to give me a hard time. He asked me what they were for in front of the other guest at the desk. How embarrassing but Eddie came to the rescue and told the gentleman to give them to me. Why they were for was not their business. Eddie also brought up the extra hand towels and wash clothes with no problem. The elevator broke down so I had to walk up six flights of stairs in heels lol. I was not too happy but Eddie allowed me to check out late until the elevator worked again so I didn't have to carry all my baggage down six flights. Thank you Eddie. You are the best.
