Completely Renovated Luxury Home in Charlotte!! This beautiful home is conveniently located in the Mt. Island Lake Area and is just 4 miles from the US National Whitewater Center and the Pine Island Country Club Golf Course. It is 10 minutes from the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport , 15 minutes from Uptown (downtown) Charlotte and the Nascar Hall of Fame, 20 minutes from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, 20 minutes from Carowinds Theme Park, and so much more! It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 11-12 people. The outdoor living space is amazing, it includes a wet bar, a television, and heaters. A washer and dryer is located in the laundry room. There is plenty of spacious comfortable living area both inside and outside. Book your stay today!

Definitely will stay again

This was a nice place to stay whether you wanted to sit inside and watch tv or use the outside patio. We spent most of our time, at the house, on the back patio. I would definitely stay here again if ever needed to and recommend the property to friends/family. I like that the manager responded to my email pretty quickly.

In Charlotte for mother’s life celebration

we mostly just slept here. Nice space. four people instead five. Nice touches of free keurig pods and creamer and available wine. For the cleaning price it should include stripping beds and garbage. No towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Paint on half bath toilet, Broken window in garage bedroom . Large chair in kitchen is bizarre.Terrible tv service. I had a great experience for what I needed… a place to sleep shower and have morning coffee. 2.5 bathrooms not 3.

the price is not worth it for what it really is

I strongly disagree that you are charging us an extra cleaning fee when one has already been paid initially, by the way very expensive. First of all, the the internal fireplace of the house was not working, one of the reasons why we made this reservation was because of the fireplace and it was very unpleasant to know that when we were already in the house. Which is fundamental for the cold of the season. Very bad communication service. the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The dryer is not working properly. In conclusion it is extremely expensive for what it really is. thanks

I was looking for a place where my family and I could really enjoy ourselves and not feel cramped. The check-in process was seamless! The property was gorgeous! Especially the back patio area. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks Rico for being so easy to work with and accommodating!

The property was beautifully decorated with hardwood flooring. We loved the private backyard with a cabana style seating area. Laronza was on point with communication and answering questions. My family and I would recommend this location for individuals looking for location, beautiful home, and positive interaction with staff! Kudos....

Great property! Would book again!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The house is even more beautiful in person, photos do it no justice. Rico was extremely cooperative and responsive and was there if my group needed anything. The only downside to the house was that the cable only had a few channels, and the bedrooms didn’t have TV’s. Other than that our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again!
