Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street nearby.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
The Neighborhood:
This Chic Retreat is located in Wesley Heights, just a few minutes from Uptown, and is perfect for groups visiting Charlotte or individuals in town for work.
Wesley Heights is an emerging neighborhood near Uptown with plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of Charlotte. Seversville Park is .5 miles away featuring walking trails, picnic tables, & a playground.

Getting Around:
The home is settled on a central street with quick access to the city of Charlotte. During rush hour guests may prefer to make a right turn out of the property. A quick walk to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Plenty of Ubers are available at this location.

**House Rules**
This property is located on a high traffic street.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.
Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.
Parking:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles, or up to 3 small cars if parked one behind the other.
Street parking directly in front of the property is not available. Limited street parking may be available on nearby streets within a short walking distance.
Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.
Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!

We had to come to Charlotte for our daughter's wedding and needed something nice, clean, and easy to get to and from many different venues through the weekend. We fell in love with this house. It was just the perfect place all the way around. On the last night, we had an evening to ourselves and found our new favorite pizza place 4 minutes by car. We highly recommend Open Kitchen for all those who crave good Italian, and delicious pizza. I would highly recommend this VRBO, as long as you don't all book it up when we need it the next time we are in town

Really enjoyed our stay. The location and house were awesome. Has a coffee shop just a block away with a variety that anyone could enjoy. My daughter and I enjoyed ours back at the house in the rocking chairs on the porch. Very convenient distance from downtown and any major highway. Only downside was the house being on a busy street but that would not stop me from booking it again, if need be. Our host Ryley was very helpful, friendly and thoughtful when it comes to details in making your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This property is in a great location if you plan to hit the city in any direction (15 mins to most places). The Queen City Skyline view is a plus. The house looks exactly as the photos depicted. We loved how small and cozy it was for our family of four. The space was very clean and we just loved all the amenities inside. The board games were a plus. Tea pot was great to have available as well. Overall our stay was comfortable and private which we greatly appreciated. I will say that the property is on a VERY busy street with a railroad somewhere around the area that is very active all night and all day. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs and blinders; there are blinds in all the windows but no curtains to filter the light. We stayed for three nights on weekdays so it was business as usual for locals which probably contributed to the noise. I gave a high rating because we genuinely enjoyed our stay.

The house itself was absolutely charming. Very clean, well appointed, EXTREMELY comfortable furnishings, and super cool art. The listing is accurate, this is an "up and coming" area on a VERY busy , noisy street. Heavy traffic, very loud engines, loud music. Even a neighbor (somewhere) played very loud lusic thursday night, in the wee hours. The back yard is not fenced and seems to be utilized by neighboring pets. The neighborhood isnt one that would be suitable for young children due to the street and surrounding noise, they wouldnt sleep. As it was we were awoken several times by street noise, car alarms (once our own :( ).HOWEVER, if you are someone looking for a comfortable place that is very close to the highway, with great mexican food nearby, and you dont mind the noise, rent this place.

Great house for what we needed.
My son had a surgery at Atrium Medical Center so we contacted Ryley about the house. She answered all of our questions and after check in had a few more questions and she was very helpful. The location was perfect and close to the hospital. Thought we were only going to stay for 5 nights but ended up staying 8 nights. Thankfully the house was open and she was able to get us booked there for the duration. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
