"There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning."

"After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed"

"I felt very bad for the staff at this motel, the main reason I booked there was I had my 10 year old grandson with me who was excited about the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed indefinitely. Never posted on the website!!! We were asked if we wanted a refund but I was there on business and had limited time to rebook a hotel. The room was clean and staff was very nice. "

"You can not beat the location for ski in and ski out. The room are a little dated but Montreal issues, beds felt recently replaced an were very comfortable. The included breakfast was terrible. Think worse the. Hampton inn. Pretty sure the waffles were microwaved and as soft as…… other then that though, very goos"
