"Clean and tidy room"

"We were very lucky to find this place in a pinch after a cancelled flight home. Raul greeted us and was so kind and accommodating to our group! The rooms were clean, the showers were hot and it was exactly what we needed for the night! Thank you Raul!"

"This is not a hotel but a hostel. And as such the place works ok. But when advertised as a hotel it falls short, there is no cleaning of the rooms, not even the toilesbasket is emptied. The power to the a/c is cut during the day and you have to ask for permission to get it switched on again. Towels are not included but cost 10Usd to rent per piece. There is no hot water in the shower This is not only a issue for Chez Lilly but more for Hotels.com as the info is not trustworthy, when seaching...

"The place is clean ,but you don’t have control for you air conditioners ,plus their are no shampoo conditioners towel soap ,is far away from the center you really need a car ,the worst part is they didn’t give me the keys for the room I have to leave unlocked all the time I was going out and last 2 days someone lack the bathroom"
