"Excellent."

"Reception staff were tepid. Minimal directions given to find room. Room very clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast was also good. Unfortunately the bed was too hard. The pillows also, so I ended up trying to sleep without them. To my dismay there was a sound like a plane trying to take off throughout the night. I think it may be the lift which my room was near to. Thus I barely got any sleep. Then housekeeping knocked at the door 4 hours before check out time! For these reasons I will not be...

"Staff were very helpful and the hotel had everything we needed"

"Easy location to go to the University of Warwick and other places nearby. The hotel was a bit noisy during the night, the bed was ok. Friendly staff."

"The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped! That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...

"The hotel is really dirty, floor not cleaned, horrible smell in the room. However it does have free parking."

"Staff OK ,shops non-stop nearby"

"Clean room, the room was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. I live in Coventry, but I just came to visit the guesthouse for fun. Just felt like changing my environment for one day visit.Thank you."

"Terrible hotel. Very dirty, no heating, smells of cigarettes and alcohol. Will not be staying here again"

"Beds were comfortable. Check in and Check out were easy. Room was clean and open. We had everything we needed, including coffee or tea for the AM. I would absolutely stay there again. Everything is nearby, you are within walking distance of the train station, a great shopping area, and historic Coventry with University of Coventry. The hotel was able to easily call a cab for us to get to the University of Warwick and to the train station (we were in a rush) . Unfortunately, it appears shops...

"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"

"Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)"

"Great property with helpful staff especially Beverly on reception"

"Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too."
