"The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area."

"My family and I loved our visit! The pools, waterpark area and outdoor seating around fire pits were great! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! We loved visiting in the fall and being surrounded by all the trees. We would love to visit again soon!"

"Had a clean comfortable room with balcony overlooking Gatlinburg. Staff nice and helpful. Can take a short trolley ride from hotel into Gatlinburg without having to find parking or pay for parking."

"We loved the pool, the kids had so much to do if we didn’t want to leave the hotel. The breakfasts were really good also. Also, it was within walking distance to everything in town which was great because we didn’t have to hassle with parking."

"Very quite and relaxed atmosphere close distance to all thr attractions in town"

"sink in bathroom put water on floor"

"This property served our family well for our stay. We tried to use the fireplace but couldn’t figure it out, wasn’t a big deal and if I had called someone I’m sure they would have helped. The walking distance to the town action is good if you use the back stair case provided. If you walk up the front from town, you may need an O2 mask. Very strenuous 😁. Elevator worked as it should. Beds were comfortable, if you need flowing air bring a fan. Two issues…noise from upstairs, literally sounded like...

"Check in was easy and welcoming. Housekeeping made the bed, restocked towels, soap etc. they emptied the trash daily. Parking by the hotel was limited. They had an overflow lot block over. The pool was dirty and uninviting. I specifically booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. Was very disappointed."

"The appearance was okay at first, but no coffee pot was in the room. The front desk said they would send one right up. Had to ask for one a second time. WiFi was not available the first night. The next day the front desk said they didn't know what was wrong. After some time the second day it was available. Displeased with the available tv channels available for what we enjoy. We had to leave a day early due to a call from home. We want to ask for a refund for one day. We had stayed here...

"Don’t misjudge this place. The rooms are very comfortable & clean. Really nice bathrooms & the room doesn’t feel like a hotel, but your bedroom back home. I’ll definitely stay here again. Very close to the strip. Great location."
