Our room was not cleaned for 3 days, and we were told it was because Memorial Day was a holiday. Even basic services like changing the restroom trash bag or offering fresh towels and supplies were not provided. An elevator was also not working during our stay, which was very inconvenient. "Charger for electric cars was free! Huge advantage for us. Staff was so helpful and they have a shuttle to Old Town. Only downside was being so close to the freeway we could hear all night. Had to download a fan app to drown out the noise."
