The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. "We've visited Fuerteventura a few times now, and stayed in this area each time.
We usually stay in the hotel next door which is a 5 star, but decided to stay at the Elba this time which is a 4 star, but in all honesty we were not disappointed with our choice.
We did bed and breakfast and the food and options in the morning were great.
The facilities were really nice, great pools and grounds with access to the beach too.
