In the heart of the hotel zone, you will find a blue ocean with soft white sand. This villa is comfortable and practical, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

EL ALOJAMIENTO
This 150m2 condominium is located in the hotel zone of Cancun. The condominium has a large pool which is shared with other guests, Restaurant, Cafeteria, Gym, Beauty Salon, convenience store, beautiful gardens, and direct access to the beach, known as the most beautiful, is free of waves and It is practically a natural pool.
The nightlife is only 5 minutes walking and you will have all the clubs in the party center. There is a complete shopping center with a supermarket 1 kilometer away.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the villa! The spacious living room with ocean views was definitely the highlight—such a relaxing spot to hang out. The place is a little outdated in spots, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Location is unbeatable, and the hosts were super helpful. Would stay again!

Best location in the hotel zone

Our group of 10 included two young kids. The calm water and white sandy beach out front was perfect. There are Palapas and lounge chairs available for use on the beach. It is easy to walk to the big grocery store - Súper Chedraui Selecto. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front is arguably the best beach in Cancun. It is on the north end so it's protected from large waves making it very calm and great for kids. The sand is white and powdery. The water is bright blue and clear. Only a handful of hotels/resorts have direct access to this beach so it's never overly crowded. The only way for the public to access it is if they walk along the beach from Playa Tortugas, which is about 2km away. The pool is great as well when you need a break from the sand. The condo itself is very nice, but not super luxurious. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. Think high end 3 star hotel in a 5+ star location. It's comfortable and gets the job done, and grants you access to the best location and beach in the hotel zone. We really enjoyed out stay here and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we were looking for.

First and foremost, Alejandra Lopez was an excellent host. All requests that I made, Alejandro took care of in an expedient manner. More towels, check, all of our transportation needs, check, one of my friends was complaining that the water was not warm enough and the maintenance guy was over in 15 minutes. 5 friends went to Cancun to spearfish. This property and location were perfect for us. The unit was spacious and clean. The location was a 7 minute walk to the party zone. The bus stop was right outside for when we wanted to go further down the peninsula or into town and we were a 15 minute drive to Puerto Juarez. We enjoyed our stay.
