Enjoy the privacy of this 4th floor, fully gated, aerie style, 2 bedroom unit. The windows fully open allowing the sea breezes to flow through the space and marble floors throughout keep you cool in this climate. Just secure the gate and leave the wooden door open to enjoy the full aerie effect. We are situated on the top floor and in a very low traffic area of the residences, you will find very few people passing this unit which optimizes privacy. The archways, counter surfaces and walls are detailed with gorgeous Mexican tiles. This space has character in all the right places...
This unit has been in our family since it was built in 1983 and was the ONLY building of any kind on the beaches of Cancun! For the first time we are sharing these views from this magical space with you.

The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. We follow enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:
● We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob ● We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination ● We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists ● We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay Guest access Only guests will enjoy the apartment and common areas.
The pool is shared with other residents of the apartment and guests, when enjoying these areas we will only ask you to respect the condominium rules.
During your stay, the bracelet gives you full access to the property, including the pool and parking. You must wear your bracelet throughout your stay and the security personnel will remove it when you check out. If you do not use it, the condominium administration will impose a fine, making the use of the bracelet mandatory. Each guest must provide a copy of their photo identification (passport/license) prior to arrival. Identification is required at check-in. Other things to note The condominium has a security booth where they will ask for your identification to access.
You must share the official identifications of each guest at least 24 hours before your arrival so that we can authorize your access to the condominium with the administration.
When enjoying the pool and the beach, you must respect the condominium regulations and take the corresponding precautions since lifeguard service is not provided.
Tap water in Mexico is not drinkable.
During your stay remember to be clean, throw garbage in the indicated deposits, and do not leave food that could attract insects or animals.
Remember that you rent an and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or a change of towels, consumables are courtesies for the first night or two, if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.
The cleaning fee includes the cleaning before and after your stay.
In stays of more than one week, our cleaning staff can assist you to keep the place clean and tidy, if requested with an additional charge of $ 40 dollars per cleaning.
Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be green. Please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open as it can decompose.
This a very safe area and it's easy to get around. We have advice and recommendations if you need them. Please be respectful and mindful of our neighbors. This is residential condominium and the staff are like our families, this is a special place for all to enjoy. Don't lose your key, elevator card or bracelet! They can be replaced, however there will be a fee of $1000 pesos for the card, bracelet $150.00 and $200 pesos for the key... please take care of them.
