The staff were great. The outside looked out and unkept. Overgrown weeds made the property look bad. The second-floor ice maker was out of service and when I stepped off the elevator there was a terrible smell. My bathroom had an odor but wasn't sure what it was? I expected a better experience and was disappointed.
