"Wonderful hotel right by tube stop. Loads of restaurants and things to see near by. Victoria and Albert Museum is a don’t miss. Walk in park is a short stroll. Scones are awesome at Molly Rose Bakery. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgable."

"My room was clean and modern with a very nice en-suite bathroom. The main room would benefit from a full-length mirror and perhaps some pictures on the bare walls.
The shared spaces within the hotel (halls, stairs and landings) looked very worn and there were quite a few stains on the carpets, but it looked as if there were some improvements in progress. It is a very nice old building which could be extremely nice with more renovation. There is not a lift which may be a problem for some guests."

"I had a nice stay at the apartment. It was near the museums which was perfect. Really good places to eat and shop nearby which is very convenient.
Kitchen and bathroom was nice and clean and very useful. But having to get to my apartment carrying heavy luggages up 4 set of stairs to the elevator was dislike!"

"We stayed here with our family for just 1 night in late December. The hotel website and Orbitz both advertised the Temple of Flora Suite as a three-bedroom suite. We booked that as we were traveling as a family (2 adults and 4 children). The idea of being all together in a suite was perfect for international travel with young children. When we arrived, we found out the "suite" was in fact two completely separate rooms. The hotel was completely unapologetic and unhelpful; thus we were required to...
