"A rather lovely spacious place and for an excellent off-season price, but we felt like we were a bother. As well, we couldn’t find an open restaurant for supper anywhere within walking distance, even with the help of 3 different locals. A bar graciously provided grilled cheese and ham. Being alone in the “hotel” with no desk as expected didn’t help. The place was just not friendly and not helpful— you’re on your own!"

"Beautiful and well-maintained property. We loved our six night stay. One concern way that the life vests on the ferry were locked in a container. If there was an emergency, that delay could cause a fatal accident. We believe the ferry service was a private company."

Sonia at reception made us feel welcome; she also spent a good amount of time explaining what to do and where to go in Rovinj. The hotel room was clean, modern and spacious; the breakfast was included in the room and had a good selection, including eggs made to order. There was also lots of free parking and even an EV charging station if you need it. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners of the property;...

"Fabulous hotel in old town, great location within easy walking to restaurants and shops, lovely rooms, firm and very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast with all the usual choices at a European hotel plus a menu offering made-to-order omelets, scrambled and fried eggs with choice of meat. One of the best breakfasts ever! The best part was their staff....so friendly, helpful, amazing people. I cannot say enough about this stellar hotel. Stay here!"

"Wir waren in den Pfingstferien zu viert 12 Tage in der Villa Vrsar zu Gast. Bei Ankunft um die Mittagszeit war das Zimmer bereits bezugsfertig - erst mal positiv. Allerdings war das Zimmer zwar gemacht, allerdings nicht besonders gut. Über Kopfhöhe sehr staubig, die Toilettenbrille nicht sauber, keine Plastiktüten im Mülleimer. Auf der Terrasse alles voller Blütenstaub und ein Plastikbecher, gefüllt mit alten Zigarrettenkippen. Nach Reklamieren wurde die Terrasse nochmal gereinigt und die...

"This property is so cool - great location at the base of the town overlooking the valley and vineyards. The cocktails at the bar were amazing. We did, however, have a problem with the shower not having hot water but apparently this was just something temporary that they were getting fixed soon."

"Bad wurde nie geputzt . Teppichboden löst sich , an den Betten geht das Kunstleder ab ....meine Bettwäsche hatte Löcher . Lage ist recht gut allerdings hatten wir einen riesen Rohbau vorm Balkon . Zimmer aufteilung und Größe war sehr gut . Parkplatz war immer etwas frei "
