Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The WiFi wasn’t very good and to get the gym or pool access card you have to go to reception and hand in your key which is a bit odd. Other than that, superb!

Simply amazing at this hotel only thing that let down was the jacuzzi was out of action but overall absolutely amazing from waiters and and waitresses to chefs barmaids barmen and management will be staying again soon

The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and welcoming. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room and bar were adequate but lacked atmosphere and warmth. The food was mediocre to good in the bar, we did not eat in the restaurant. The pool was a good size and a nice temperature. The area could do with some freshening up as it was a little tired but still functional. The rules for the pool were not adhered to by the staff meaning young children were allowed access during adult only time, so the idea of a relaxing spa was not possible. This was the purpose of our stay so we were not impressed. When challenged the staff brushed off the complaint and refused to acknowledge responsibility for allowing them in.
With a little tlc and the emphasis of a spa hotel being acknowledged and reinforced by staff, it could be a nice getaway and space to relax comfortably.

Nice sized rooms, very clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff. Really enjoyed the pool & sauna :)

Disappointing
