"We came in late and it was a complete nightmare. Their staff is not there.. let me just start. We had trickle of water in main bathroom. I called to see if they can fix it. "Nothing overly bad about the hotel.... except the parking lot... very tough as it's on a hill. The room was clean, bathroom very small. The pool was ok and the hottub was great both very busy. The breakfast.... NOPE. I had read previous reviews ... I don't know where they were eating... not here. ..."

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson
"Our stay here was truly wonderful. The property was beautifully maintained, very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Even though the pool was temporarily closed for maintenance, it didn’t affect our experience at all.There was so much to do in Branson ..."
