"Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...

Starting to show its age. And they did move us from the first unit after we complained, as they were drilling holes for new pipes. (That unit should not have been rented until work was done). "Excellent! This was our first visit to this resort and it was perfect! Our condo was so clean, relaxing and we LOVED the decor and current rustic look. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t use any of the amenities, but what we saw was so inviting. The pool was being refurbished, but we were busy going to shows in Branson, that we wouldn’t have used it. It is a timeshare and we were invited to a presentation but declined since we already owned at other places. I would LOVE to own one as a privately...

"Basic room, bed, air, breakfast etc. almost dropped a star for the bathroom door that stuck, slits in the back of the curtain, and cracks in whatever the sink is made of."

"Our room was very nice and clean. We loved how comfy the beds were. We were walking distance to the main strip where alot of the entertainment was and many restaurants to choose from. The free breakfast provided was excellent. So many options to choose from. Very friendly staff and so helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We had a great anniversary trip in Branson."

"Well it was 95° out and they decided to shock their pool and then they could not get the pH right and the pool was down for 2 days and I had to listen to my kids complain I did not understand because if you maintain your pool everyday what the problem would have been"

"The reto was the perfect place for me and my family to spend the week at. The staff were all very friendly and the property was well maintained. It’s in a great spot next to a lot of the great Branson attractions and restaurants and the on site pool is a great spot to go relax."

"Be prepared to put cash in an envelope in the room for housekeeping. The curtains was broken so we couldn’t shut it all the way for privacy. Housekeeping didn’t remake the bed nor restock toilet paper and tissues. I had to get toilet paper from the front desk. They did empty the trash and refresh towels. Carpet left stains on socks. All in all it’s low cost and it serves its purpose. Desk attendants were very nice."
