The only thing to note is that we visited during spring break, so the hotel was quite busy with many kids around. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing stay, this may not be the best choice during that time of year. Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel."

"My reservation was canceled by the hotel the day of my stay. I’ve stayed numerous times at this location. Most recently, I was critical of the cleanliness of the pool area, equipment not working properly, and poor customer service. After my review, I was told that the hotel could not meet my expectations and they would no longer accept my reservations. It would have been easier to simply:
1. Clean pool
2. Repair hot tub
3. Repair BOTH ice machines
4. Clean trash from common areas and parking...
