Mejorar servicio de camarista.

Les falta un mejor servicio al cliente.
Publicado el 12 ene. 2023 en HotelsCuando llegamos solicitamos una habitación con cama king size y nos dijeron que no habían disponibles.
La habitación que nos dieron no funcionó la calefacción por lo que nos dormimos congelados. Cuando subió la persona de mantenimiento nos dijo que si queríamos cambiar de habitación, fue demasiado tarde ya que ya estábamos por dormir, pero no que no había otra habitación?
En la habitación no hay ni una mesa con una silla por si uno quiere trabajar o comer algo en la habitacion.
Para que tiene microondas si no hay donde sentarse a comer?

albergo magnificamente arredato in una posizione perfetta.
la stanza era leggermente piccola e un po' buia, ma comunque molto piacevole.

Upon arrival, Cait was friendly and accommodating in keeping track of our luggage until our room was ready. When we checked in, we made our way to the room. The cute plates with the room number was a nice touch. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that a nap was immediate. The only thing I was not a fan of was having a FULLY stocked fridge. I'm not a drinker so it was difficult finding space in the fridge for my bottled water. The location of the hotel is perfect as there is a liquor store and pizza place across the street. Also, if you want a sweet treat... go to Magnolia Bakery (also across the street) and get yourself some banana pudding! You can thank me later.. LOL! :)

This is the best location if you want to be able to access West LA attractions. It’s a boutique hotel on a fairly anodyne stretch of Third but you can be at the Grove in five minutes. Or Beverly Hills. Very stylish lobby and restaurant with rooms more quirky than trendy, which I liked. But there is a gym on the fifth floor near the elevator bank; get a room far away from it. Also, I was surprised the elevators did not require keycard access. Not a big issue for me but could be for others.
Small pool area is very peaceful and receives plenty of sunlight. I spent half a day there.
