"Great hotel beautifully apportioned. Room: + very spacious and the bed was very confortable. - lack of hooks to hang wet towels etc. Swimming pool only open during the summer - closed from mid Sep. Part of the reason we booked (small honeymoon) here was to have a few days by the pool had we known it would have influenced our decision. "From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires. "

"We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to all of the neighborhoods and sights of San Sebastián. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The staff were really nice and helpful. It’s a newly built hotel and the rooms are state of the art. The toilet includes a remote controlled bidet which I’ve never seen before. It also has a light that illuminates in the dark that allows you to find the toilet in the middle of the night - the first time I’ve ever seen...

"Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικό! Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και άνετο, με σύγχρονη διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης ήταν ασφαλής και εύκολα προσβάσιμος. Το πρωινό πλούσιο, φρέσκο και με πολλές επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Ιδανική επιλογή για όσους επισκέπτονται το Σαν Σεμπαστιάν — σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά!"
