"The Sun Inn is a great location in the centre of Faversham. There is no on site parking facility and it took a while to locate overnight parking. We used the train station and walked. The staff were very friendly and professional. Lovely room and very nice breakfast. Enjoyed our stay ."

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this almost 8 century old hotel with Alice in Wonderland maze of hallways, tilted floors and lichen/moss encrusted roof tiles. Location is perfect, rooms quiet/clean, beds comfortable, staff kind and welcoming. "

"The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. "We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . "No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors."

"When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them. "A clean and comfortable room with all we needed. Parking was convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. Also helpful having a restaurant on-site and it was just a short walk to the cathedral and other sites."
