"Communication was great! The house was very spacious and stocked with so many helpful things (including some snacks and wine which was a sweet touch)! "My buddies and I came up to Brainerd for the weekend to head to Brainerd International Speedway and needed a place to stay the night. This property exceeded expectation with how much rooms there was both inside the house and in the back yard. Plenty of room for us to hangout in the living room/Kitchen and have a comfortable bonfire in the back as well. I would definitely recommend and come back. "
