As a hobbyist cook myself (@Craze0), one of my favorite ways to prepare food is by using a French method called sous vide. I have included my sous vide setup for you to try. It is an easy method of cooking and one I think you will love. The kitchen is also equipped with a tablet which I have stored some of my favorite recipes on for you to follow.

If you find yourself at home and wanting some entertainment, you can experience a movie like experience in the living room which houses a 75” 4K tv that is hooked up to a Sonos surround sound system. There are lights around the tv which work in concert with the lights in the room that change to match the scene on the tv. It is quite amazing. You will have many movie options as, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Paramount+, in addition to regular tv are all included. The home is also equipped with built in speakers inside and out that you can control right from your phone.

For those into gaming, The living room is home to the latest console systems. A PS5 and a XBox Series X are installed with several games available, but feel free to bring additional games!

This bedroom has its own private bathroom which boasts his and hers sinks and a dual shower-head shower.

On the rooftop deck you will experience great views of the city and harbor. The fire pit will keep you warm at night and the lighting around the deck can be changed (colors/effects) to match whatever mood you and your guests are in.
