"The staff was always very helpful both the day and night staff - George and Elijah I believe. My room was clean and I appreciated the amenities. I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station. "If you’re looking for a basic hotel, just to sleep for the night, at a decent price in a good location then I would recommend this place! However, you do have to go in with the right expectations. It is not the four seasons. The room is quite small, as well is the shower, but it definitely works for 1 person. Maybe 2. My room was very clean and I was given new towels every day.
