This place had over 25 step straight up to even get to the check in area way to much for disabled or older people no elevators in sight. Very disappointing to say .It took over 3 days to get our money back from these people. We felt they were not telling the truth about there place. The pictures are very different from what it looks like in real life. I would never ask anyone to stay there , just no good.

We strive hard to give an excellent service to all our guests and we are saddened every time that we do not please our guests. Regarding the stairs, I believe we have shown you that elevator is not available in the hotel which was written on Expedia Site. We have also agreed not to charge you anymore despite of the on the spot cancellation of your reservation with us due to the absence of elevator. With regard to the refund, it was Expedia who gave you the refund as the booking was paid through them and they have to go through the process of such. With the stairs, this is one of the major considerations of the hotel during renovation.
