Nice unit in a very nice residential neighbourhood

The location was good and the neighbourhood was very nice. The unit is in need of a serious cleaning however - excessive dirt/dust visible on all vents, under beds, and the floor seemed to have not been mopped in quite some time.

Perfect ACL Weekend Base

Lovely apartment, perfect location. Fully equipped with all amenities. Whether you are there for the festival or exploring Austin, we were right where we needed to be but always had a quiet sanctuary to return to at the end of the day.

Comfy & Cute!

I initially had trouble finding the location (our flight was delayed & we were searching @ 1 am for our property) The owner quickly answered my text & navigated me to the property after my map app placed me on the opposite of Barton Skwy. I was so grateful for his help. The Austinite is very cute. We enjoyed playing games @ the kitchen table while looking through & listening to the collection of records here in the house. This location is GREAT! We enjoyed Mexican food & coffee within walking distance. It’s centrally located & easy to get to shops, tourists sights & activities as well as endless food options. The owner (Jay) was in communication throughout our entire process and was very kind & helpful.

Great Vacation

Overall the experience was great. Everything in the house worked out great. The hot tub didn't work right away, but when we let the owner know, they followed up and got it fixed that day! I would highly recommend this property to anyone that we know going to the Austin area. Only one thing to consider for this property. The parking is a bit difficult. If you have a large vehicle like a truck, it may cause a problem. Most vehicles should be able to get out though.

Great home, great location, and great owner! The place is super cute - it has everything you need, clean, funky decor - and the mattresses are fabulous. We loved the hot tub! The location was perfect - close to everything in the south Austin. I really enjoyed my time here. It was a last minute decision to come to Austin for the week but Jay, the owner, responded quickly and we were able to make it happen. It’s in a nice location and pretty much anything you need is close by. Whenever we work in Austin or surrounding areas, we will be staying again. Peace & Relaxation . . . enough said

I am reluctant to say how much we enjoyed staying at this property because it will become so popular and we won't be able to book it again. You won't be displeased and Jay is very quick to respond to all communications. Kelly heads up the cleaning staff and she does a great job making sure everything is ready for your arrival. Beautiful house close to everything in Austin!

If you are looking for a vacation house in Austin that is close to everything and in a great neighborhood, pick this one! The house itself is so fun with a hot tub, records, and the decorating! Literally everything we wanted to do was minutes away. The property owners left a guide with lists of restaurants and activities that was super helpful! We were so happy with our stay and would recommend this house to everyone.

Serenenity in the heart of the city

This property is close to all of the best bars and restaurants in Austin. However, the hot tub is so quiet and private, you feel like you're at a secluded resort. The apartment is eclectic and very well maintained. We will definitely return to this home!
