Always on my Mind is a stunning vacation rental that has it all: great location, high design, exceptional space, and a welcoming vibe.

Relaxation and entertainment are the name of the game here, with plenty to keep you busy if you’d like. Or happily lazy if that’s what you prefer. The backyard sanctuary is the property's centerpiece featuring a custom pool that will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a private resort. There are multiple outdoor living spaces, including a spacious patio with a TV, a well-equipped grill area and two additional covered patios featuring high-end, comfortable seating.

The interior of this property is equally as beautiful with a central living space that includes a spacious open-concept living area with 12 ft high ceilings, tons of sunlight, and a huge island to gather around. The chef in your life will love this kitchen where beauty meets function! This professionally designed house has plenty of room to spread out, with an additional living room space upstairs.

When the days are done, each bedroom is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, quality linens, and thoughtful touches that will make you feel right at home.

Although it may be hard to leave this fantastic house, the location provides easy access to downtown Austin and everything Dripping Springs offers.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The exterior was spotless and so inviting. We had a small family gathering and there were multiple outside tables to gather/eat/drink. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were just beautiful and everything was so clean. The beds were SO comfy and the home was so cozy. We hope to stay here again next summer!

New house for new Austin adventures!

We wanted to explore the Austin area while celebrating Christmas. The house is new - roughly 3 years old - with many good and interesting things about it! It is in somewhat remote (25 mins drive to Austin downtown) area that is being developed and offered a good opportunity of silence and separation for our group of 10. There is an amazing pool and spa - heating these requires permission and costs 350 the first day and 150 for each day of heating with a mandate to be on throughout the whole stay (as this somehow slipped my attention, the property manager was very generous to waive the fee for the 3 days we had the spa on) - lovely open space living room with a joint kitchen, big bedrooms with their own restroom/shower facilities, spacious backyard with fireplaces and a firepit.The property management is responsive and accommodated several of our requests.

Your own personal beautiful resort

This place has the loveliest back yard view- it’s like you have a resort all to yourself. The pool and hot tub are very nice with a lovely tree backdrop. The house is very clean, beds quite comfortable. Great family get together spot. Quiet neighborhood and about 20-25 minutes to a lot of the downtown restaurants.

The house & back patio/pool were amazing! There were a few things that should be addressed at the house: - No Dish Soap when we arrived - No extra Trash Bags - No Dish towels - The Smoker out back does not work Other than those small things, we had a great time & would visit again. Thanks for having us!

Great house…average management

We absolutely love the house and the features it offered! Our only complaint was the management company. The house didn’t appear ready for us when we arrived…hoses still in the (dirty) pool, damp towels in ALL the bathrooms, hot tub not heating properly, the lack of instructions on how to use things (such as the awesome espresso machine, amazing washer/dryer, and complex control panel for heating/cooling house and pool, music system, etc.) and the full trash cans at the end of the drive that we had to call about AND then return to the house once emptied felt us a little disgruntled. Their communication was good but would prefer to not have to reach out to anyone about such things when we pay what we did per night. House 5 ⭐️’s, Management 2.5 ⭐️’s.

Beautiful property & backyard is amazing!!

Everything was perfect and we had a great time at the property. Backyard and pool were awesome and kids had a great time! Only complaint is the outside area wasn’t cleaned very well so we didn’t use some of the areas. Also, would be nice to have instructions on the sound and tv systems. Very good technology but hard to figure out. Hot tub is on an auto off after so long so was cold a lot but did warm quickly… just had to keep Turing back on.

Excellent property, so-so property management

The property is amazing. The backyard was so much fun for the adults and the kids. The kitchen is the best-stocked VRBO kitchen I've ever been in. The only issue we had was there were no sheets for the trundle beds. I reached out to WLVR by text and was told they were checking. I reached out again a day later and was told I would be updated through that text thread, but never was. We made do without sheets, but the communication with WLVR was not great.

Backyard belongs in a magazine

The house is exactly as pictured! Stunning!! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone! It took us a day to figure out the technology that the house media and pool runs on, so a users manual might be warranted unless very tech savvy. Communication was good and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Don't Judge A Book

We gathered up all ages and stages of our family to enjoy this impressive respite in Dripping Springs. The neighborhood is rural but the location is minutes from any necessity for which a family might have a need. The three covered outdoor oasis settings are amazing, and we had a ball using the covered grotto behind the waterfall in the pool as well as the slide landscaped right into the setting. We had space to enjoy solitude and also settings in which the entire family of nine could gather to visit, dine, or play games at our leisure. Everyone had a lovely vacation in this home and its outdoor activities.

Really great…. Other than something’s that weren’t

Property is beautiful. House is great. We had four families, 16 people in total. We had plenty of space for each family and were able to enjoy each other with having to share a bathroom. When we arrived we noticed the pool was very green and cloudy as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Outlets in the kitchen did not work and GFCI reset was in a locked part of the house. Second oven door was broken and required a maintenance tech to come out and repair. Though we stated it was not needed during our trip. The house is a maze of electronics and high end appliances without a single instruction. So unless you are used to them it can be difficult to navigate. The management company quickly responded to our reported issues, but it never did clear up the pool. For the price I am not sure that I would stay there again.

State Tournament Stay

Everyone in our crew loved the house, but the outdoor area and pool were the main attraction for us. There are several sitting areas outside, and it was just absolutely relaxing, and enjoyable for us all. The kids loved the slide and waterfall grotto. The space on the inside was very nicely decorated and laid out. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and tv to accommodate our group. The upstairs area was perfect for the kids. There’s also an outdoor shower and bathroom as well. Beautiful landscaping…I could go on and on. We loved it.
