Compliance is appreciated, and violations may result in penalties or immediate action, including involvement of security or authorities.     #### 🔐 Check-In and Check-Out
    - **Check-In**: Available after 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on availability. Contact us to confirm early check-in.
    - **Check-Out**: By 11:00 AM sharp, unless pre-arranged 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.
    - **Late Check-Out Penalty**: A $50/hour fee applies for overstaying past 11:00 AM to cover cleaning crew scheduling.
    - **Key/Fob Return**: Return all keys and fobs to the designated lockbox upon departure. Lost keys incur a $100 replacement fee; lost fobs, $150. Ensure the lockbox is securely closed.
    - **Reservation Extensions**: Extensions require 48 hours’ notice before check-out. Requests within 24-48 hours incur a 50% cleaning fee surcharge; under 24 hours, a full cleaning fee applies. All fees must be paid before confirmation.

    #### 🕒 Quiet Hours
    - Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and weekends to respect all residents.

    #### 🛡️ Guest Verification
    - **Background Check & ID**: A background check and government-issued ID for the second and third adult guests are required per building policy to maintain a secure environment. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete this quick process after which you will need to send a copy of your id and that of your guests so that we may submit them to the building management.
    - **Compliance**: Completing the background check ensures smooth check-in. Refusal to complete it will result in withheld check-in instructions and no refund.
    - **Failed Check**: In rare cases of a failed background check, entry may be denied, but a full refund will be issued if you cancel the booking.
    - **Privacy**: No personal data is retained; this is solely for safety and compliance with building regulations.

    #### 🚭 No Smoking
    - Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Violators will face a $500 fine due to the extensive effort required to remove smoke residue and odors.

    #### 🐾 Pets
    - **Registration**: All pets must be registered prior to check-in. Unregistered pets result in a $500 fine.
    - **Pet Etiquette**: Pets must use designated outdoor or community pet areas for waste. Violations of pet policies may lead to fines or reservation cancellation without refund.

    #### 🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Gatherings
    - Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. A $1,000 surcharge applies for deceptive use of the property. Guests hosting unauthorized events will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
    - **Smoke/Noise Detectors**: Tampering with or unplugging detection devices in the unit incurs a $250 fine.

    #### 🚗 Parking
    - Only one vehicle per unit is permitted in the community parking area. Registration required.
    - Avoid reserved spaces to prevent towing at the owner’s expense. The property is not liable for vehicles towed from non-designated areas; contact your host for assistance.

    #### 🚷 No Unregistered Guests
    - All guests must be declared for liability purposes. A $350/night fee per undeclared guest will be charged to cover additional cleaning and inventory costs.

    #### 📹 Security Camera
    - A security camera on the exterior door frame monitors outside activity only, as mandated by building management. Disabling or removing it incurs a $500 fine and is considered a booking violation. This security camera captures activity outside of the unit only.

    #### 🗑️ Waste Disposal
    - Dispose of garbage in sealed bags using the trash chute on your floor. Do not leave trash in the unit or use community bins for large items.
    - Break down boxes and seal bags. Non-recyclable items (e.g., soiled pizza boxes) must go in regular trash.


    #### 🔒 Windows, Doors, and Lights
    - Lock all windows and doors when leaving the unit and at check-out.
    - Turn off all lights when not in use and before check-out to conserve energy.
    - Remove outdoor shoes at the entrance to keep the unit clean.

    #### 🧹 Check-Out Procedures
    - Dispose of all waste before leaving.
