The home was in a good location, close to the city and many activities, but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was nice (weather was a little cool for a lot of use), and the home had everything necessary for a great family vacation.

Thanks Sajad! We had a great stay while visiting Austin for a HS graduation. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the airport, dining, and grocery stores. Host was very good with communication and reached out frequently. Home was very clean and equipped with everything you would need from a home away from home. We loved that the property had a pool! If visiting Austin again we will definitely check this place out again!

Location - Easy drive to and from Airport, easy drive to downtown Austin. Beds are comfortable Kitchen good, did not do a lot of cooking.

Lovely accommodations, great communication. It was HOT in Austin so we really enjoyed having a pool. The location was convenient in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Cozy house just like the pictures show

The house worked well for us as two couples looking to visit south Austin. Very convenient location, comfy furniture and the host was easy to communicate with.

This was a top-notch stay! Each bedroom featured a walk-in closet with hangers and shelves plus a desk and chair. The bathrooms were updated and thoughtfully included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The fenced backyard pool provided a private oasis with relaxing lounge area. Our host shared timely information for access and responded promptly when I had a question. The location offered lots of delicious nearby options for dining including Snooze for breakfast and Cypress Grill for dinner. HEB was nearby for groceries and provisions. The kitchen was clean, neat and well-organized with everything we needed.

The property was not for me I was not comfortable with the cameras specially the one facing the swimming pool. Also no blinds on the windows in the living room and kitchen. No privacy it was not for me but very clean property.

Great stay for Austin

We had our annual girls’ trip and this was the perfect arrangement for the three of us. The pool was perfect for the hot days. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Olstad is so kind!

Nice House in So Austin with pool

We stayed for four days to attend a HS graduation. The house was as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very clean and well equipped, and it was fun to hang around the pool. Communication with the owner was easy and he was responsive. Would highly recommend.

Good location and house layout is well done, but it needs to be thoroughly cleaned (including all windows). And the water pressure is poor in the bedrooms. Unlikely we will return unless these issues are resolved.

This location was conveniently located for a wedding we were attending at Pecan Springs Ranch. I am a stickler for a clean house and the house was very clean, especially the bathrooms. There was a HUGE issue with the AC when we arrived, but our host was very pro-active in getting everything fixed for us that day, which was a huge relief in 100 degree Austin heat. He communicated with us very promptly and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. The pool was great in the heat and my granddaughters enjoyed it very much. There are also restaurants and shopping very nearby. I recommend Kerbey Lane Diner. We had a wonderful breakfast there.
