This was a perfect place to stay for SXSW. Great view, short walk to convention center and an even shorter walk to Rainey Street. Quiet even when Rainey Street is hopping.

Nice & Convenient

Amazing views! The two bedrooms and open living area were very nice. We walked daily to the Austin convention center. There are also scooters available. No shortage of great food options and convenience store within a block. Felt safe and highly recommend valet.

What a view!

3 of us stayed here for a conference in Feb 2024. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the convention center, and you walk through Rainey Street on the way. Great food and night life! The condo is comfortably furnished and features glass walls and 2 balconies. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the rowers on the lake. Sunsets are fantastic! The kitchen is sparsely furnished, so bring what you need beyond the basics. Bathrooms are spacious and toiletries were available. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The building was quiet and felt safe. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but nothing that inconvenienced or irritated. The rooftop pool and sitting areas should be enjoyed! We huddled by the fire after an evening out and watched the stars on a cold, clear night. Overall, this is where we will book again when we return next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Natiivo Austin

My family of four enjoyed our stay. Overall the bedrooms have excellent characteristics, such as cleanness, a beautiful view of Ladybird Lake and downtown Austin, also a coffee bar in the lobby. Although parking can be tricky, the valet service was welcoming and did an excellent job. Lastly, there's a Royal Blue Grocery and other shops within a 4-minute walk nearby.

Family Getaway

My husband, 2 children under 6, and I stayed here for a quick getaway. My kids loved the balcony and pool. It was clean, easy to communicate with Kent, and provided amazing views. Also very convenient to Rainey Street. I’d stay here again!

Coffee shop on ground floor, very helpful desk people, Valet people exceptional, fast elevators. Beautiful views from living room/master bedroom. Concrete, steel and glass - minimalistic architecture. Clean lines. Property manager responsive on one issue we had. Got it addressed immediately.

City Views

The property was beautiful! When we arrived in the evening we were met with night time skyline view of the city and river. The condo was spacious, clean and trendy. The location was perfect for our party and allowed us to easily walk, scooter, or ride share to the different Austin neighborhoods. The amenities of the property were great as well allowing us to run down to the lobby for coffee in the AM or have a quick drink before heading out for the evening.

Beautiful condo

I stayed for 4 nights in this gorgeous 2 bedroom. Spectacular views and everything was as pictured. The host was extremely communicative. The building is modern and clean as well. Even though it’s near popular Rainey street with traffic nearby, I didn’t hear a sound when I slept. Will book again!
